Timespace

Timespace is a visual answer to "what time is it for them right now?". It lays your contacts' locations out as horizontal timelines — one per place — so a distributed team or an international customer base becomes something you can actually see.

The view​

Open the Timespace view on any address book. Each row is a place (a city / time zone) with the contacts who live there; the horizontal axis is time, and a marker shows each row's local "now". Morning, working hours, and night are visible at a glance for every place at once.

  • Reorder timelines to put the places you care about most on top.
  • Rows come from your contacts' places — assign a location to a contact (see Map & Places) and they join the right timeline.

Find a meeting time​

Drag the time interval handles to highlight a window across all timelines. As you slide it, you see exactly what that slot means in each place — 9:00 in Berlin, 15:00 in Bangkok, 3:00 in San Francisco — which makes "can we all make this?" a ten-second question.

Timespace everywhere​

  • Desktop widget — Timespace ships as a small always-on-top desktop app, so your team's time zones are on screen while you work.
